Perfect Autumn Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

Ever since I discovered Acai in that surfer movie about the girl who lost her arm to a shark, I've been addicted to them. Smoothie bowls that is, not sharks. At first, I thought making them would be a challenge and finding Acai smoothie packs would be even harder, but then I learned that Whole Foods sells them and I've been making them ever since. This is an easy one with limited ingredients, but you can add anything you like to them. I added a heaping scoop of Vital Proteins Cocoa Collagen Whey to give mine a chocolate taste. Healthy options are the best of course. My blog will be featuring more fun smoothie bowl ideas as we go into the holidays. Smoothie bowls are a great dessert option when you're not looking to fill up on Apple Pie. 

You can essentially make this Autumn Smoothie Bowl using the frozen fruit you have in your freezer and dry staples you have in your pantry, like organic pumpkin seeds. Just make sure you have the acai packs and you are good to go.
