I've been seeing rainbow smoothies all over Instagram. It's like the thing to do these days! It's not only beautiful to photograph, but it's a bit challenging to make. All of the things that make for a great recipe, don't you think? A lot of the rainbow smoothie recipes that I see on Instagram aren't healthy at all, Don't worry though friends, because I've got a healthy version just for all of you. You are going to need lots of fruit for this recipe so make sure you have everything on hand before you begin, or else you'll just get frustrated with it and walk away. I've also added Collagen Peptides to my version, and Beauty Collagen Greens to the green layer, but that is completely optional.
I find inspiration on Instagram and Pinterest all of the time. I'm also constantly coming up with new ways tweak my own recipes. I've always wanted to make a rainbow smoothie, but I figured it would be way to hard to do. However, I love a challenge, and I decided to give it a try myself. Pro tip: Use a piping bag instead of a spoon and your layers will come out a lot smoother than mine did. But this isn't bad for a first try!
