Clean Detox Chicken Soup
•What you'll need:
Bone & Co Chicken Bone Broth, you can purchase it here: http://www.boneandcompany.com/Organic Ginger
Organic Garlic (5 or 6 cloves chopped)
Organic Crimson Mushrooms
Organic Baby Carrots
Organic Whole Snap Peas
1-Organic Red Onion
Organic Broccoli Florets
2-Organic Chicken Breasts
Fresh Turmeric, oregano, and fresh organic cilantro
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Step 1: Sautée the chopped garlic, red onion, fresh turmeric, oregano, and chopped garlic in EVOO until lightly browned. Set aside.
- Step 2: Using a stew pot place the organic chicken breasts with 4-tbs of EVOO and simmer on low. Next, add your chopped garlic, red onion, turmeric, oregano, and ginger to the chicken and keep simmering on low.
- Step 3: Add your Bone & Co Chicken Bone Broth (make sure it's thawed and use the entire package)
- Step 4: Add all of your chopped veggies-broccoli, carrots, radishes, kale, zucchini, snap peas, celery, mushrooms, and bring to a boil.
•Step 5: Place half of a fresh organic lemon in the stew. (You'll remove the lemon at the end.)
•Step 6: Bring temperature down to low, cover, and let cook for at least 60-minutes. The longer it simmers, the better the flavor.
Once you're satisfied with how the soup tastes, take out the lemon and add fresh chopped cilantro. The soup can be kept in the fridge for up to 7-days and will last in the freezer for up to 6-months.
