Now, for the perfect Charcuterie board, the first thing you will need is good quality meats. You can find
Margherita® dry sausage products
at your local grocery store in the deli and meats sections for a super affordable price. They make a variety of fresh deli meats that are perfect for making a delicious and fun Charcuterie board. Margherita makes Thick Sliced Pepperoni, Hard Salami, Genoa Salami, and an Italian Dry Salami. Margherita® cracker cut items are perfect for snacking, entertaining, as well as for making the perfect, no-fuss Charcuterie board. The meats fit seamlessly on crackers and pair well with other appetizers like olives and cheeses.I found
Margherita dry sausage products
at my local Walmart store in their fresh deli section.

Finding my ingredients for my Charcuterie board tutorial was super easy. I simply walked into the fresh deli section, and picked up some
sliced pepperoni and Italian Dry Salami.
I wanted both meats in order to add variety to my Charcuterie board. I also picked up various sliced cheeses and two types of crackers. I also picked up some fresh bread. Then, I grabbed two different kinds of olives, and some fresh fruit and carrots. All of these ingredients give your guests many options to chose from when snacking from the Charcuterie board. You can add any fresh fruit and veggies that you want. I wanted grapes and strawberries because they taste great alongside salami and pepperoni. You could also add bell peppers, radish, and broccoli. Don’t be afraid to get creative with your Charcuterie board. The more unique, the better!

The first step in creating the perfect Charcuterie board is adding your dry goods like the crackers and bread. I use a big cheese board for my charcuterie board items because I want my guests to be able to have variety. Arrange the bread and crackers in various spots throughout the board.

Next, add the sliced cheese. I always add the sliced cheese next to the crackers and bread. This makes for easy pairings. Next, I add the fresh meats like the Margherita salami and pepperoni. I placed them right next to the cheese and crackers so guests could put them all together if they wanted to.

After the crackers, cheeses, and meats are placed on the board, I add the fresh fruits, garlic spread, and the carrots and olives. Place the fruits and carrots in various places on the board and make it fun. Give your guests the option to grab a little bit of everything. The more the better! Fresh fruit also adds a nice level of sweetness to all of the savory foods. Margherita Thick Sliced Pepperoni and Italian Dry Salami have a unique flavor profile that pairs wonderfully with fruit. Next, add little serving knives and plates, and you have a fun and vibrant Charcuterie board for all of your holiday entertaining!
