Homemade Smoked Pimento Cheese is a classic summer dip that is easy to make. Homemade Pimento Cheese will be a hit at all of your summer events! Made with mayo, cream cheese, extra sharp cheddar cheese, pimentos, and yummy spices. This is one appetizer recipe you’ll be enjoying all spring and summer long!
– Mayonnaise – Cream Cheese – Pimentos – Smoked Paprika Spice Blend – Sharp Cheddar Cheese – Smoked Paprika (You can find this at your local grocery store) plain paprika is fine too – Garlic Powder – Onion powder – Cayenne pepper – Himalayan sea salt – Black pepper
STEP 1: – Add the sharp cheddar cheese squares, cream cheese, mayonnaise, drained pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, to the food processor and pulse on the low setting for 5-minutes.
Step 2:
– Once the cheese turns into a spread, add the Himalayan sea salt and the black pepper and pulse on the low setting for another minute until the pimento cheese spread is smooth and creamy.
