Ingredients
  

  • 1- pound organic free-range chicken breasts
  • 1- cup black beans
  • 1- cup diced tomatoes
  • 1- cup chopped celery
  • 1- teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
  • 2- tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1- tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1- bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1- cup enchilada sauce
  • 2- cups chicken bone broth
  • Tortilla chips sour cream, and sliced avocado for toppings. (Optional.)

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken breasts to the slow-cooker. 
  • Next, add the black beans, tomatoes celery, and chopped garlic over the chicken. 
  •  Add the taco seasoning, ground cumin, cilantro and enchilada sauce. 
  • Pour in the chicken bone broth.
  • Cook in the slowcooker for 5-hours. At the end of the cooking time, shred the chicken with two forks. 
  • Add the chicken tortilla soup to bowls and top with fresh avocado, sour cream, and tortilla chips. (Optional)
