Pumpkin Spiced Coffee is where it’s at. Need a fun coffee recipe for Halloween? This recipe can actually be made all year long, but it’s extra delicious throughout the fall months. Pumpkin Spiced Coffee is made with dark roast coffee, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, nutmeg, collagen, honey, and cinnamon. This delicious fall drink will warm you up on those chilly fall mornings and is perfect to make for friends and family! Plus, it’s made with real pumpkin which is full of Zinc and so good for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 2- cups freshly brewed dark roast coffee
  • 1- cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 2- scoops unflavored collagen
  • 2- teaspooons cinnamon
  • 2- teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 2- teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2- tablespoons honey use as much or as little as you prefer for added sweetness.
  • 2- teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Whole Milk or Coconut Milk if you are dairy-free

Instructions
 

  • Make sure you have fresh coffee made. 
  • Place the pumpkin puree, unflavored collage, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, honey, vanilla extract, and whole milk in a blender. Once your coffee is brewed, add it to the blender. 
  • Blend all of the ingredients on high in the blender for 3-4-minutes until you see a layer of foam form.
  • Pour your creamy coffee into coffee mugs, top with nutmeg, and enjoy!
