  • Add the whole milk to a saucepan over medium-low heat, add the white chocolate chips, and combine until the white chocolate chips are melted. (Don't let the milk curdle. Continue to stir on low heat until the white chocolate chips are melted.)
  • Next, add in the marshmallow cream, and using a whisk, stir until combined. The white hot chocolate should be thick and foamy.
  • Remove white hot chocolate from heat, add the artificial dye-free pink food coloring, and whisk in until the Peeps hot chocolate turns into pink hot chocolate.
  • Pour this adorable pink hot chocolate into mugs and top with mini marshmallows, Peeps marshmallows, and rainbow sprinkles.

Notes

Variations For Peeps Hot Chocolate

If you don't have chocolate chips, you can use hot chocolate mix or hot cocoa mix, but keep in mind that chocolate chips is what makes this creamy hot chocolate versus hot cocoa.
If you are dairy-free, swap out whole milk for almond milk or coconut milk.
