Homemade everything bagel dogs are the quintessential summer staple and are super easy to make. With a buttery, flaky crust, everything bagel seasoning, shredded parmesan cheese, and a delicious nitrate-free hot dog in the middle, this is one summer recipe you’ll want to try!

Preheat oven to 375-degrees Fahrenheit
Separate dough into rectangles.
Cut each rectangle in half to make eight 3-½-inch squares of dough.
Add the everything bagel seasoning to a shallow bowl
Place a hot dog on each square of dough; roll-up. Pinch edges to seal.
Roll half of the prepared bagel dogs in everything bagel seasoning mixture to coat evenly.
Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on the remaining bagel dogs.
Place the prepped homemade bagel dogs on a lined baking sheet.
Brush each bagel dog with egg wash before going into the oven.
Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
