HOMEMADE EVERYTHING BAGEL DOGS

Homemade everything bagel dogs are the quintessential summer staple and are super easy to make. With a buttery, flaky crust, everything bagel seasoning, shredded parmesan cheese, and a delicious nitrate-free hot dog in the middle, this is one summer recipe you’ll want to try!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (8oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 jar  Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 8 hot-dogs, sliced in half 
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream 

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375-degrees Fahrenheit
  • Separate dough into rectangles.
  • Cut each rectangle in half to make eight 3-½-inch squares of dough.
  • Add the everything bagel seasoning to a shallow bowl
  • Place a hot dog on each square of dough; roll-up. Pinch edges to seal.
  • Roll half of the prepared bagel dogs in everything bagel seasoning mixture to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on the remaining bagel dogs. 
  • Place the prepped homemade bagel dogs on a lined baking sheet. 
  • Brush each bagel dog with egg wash before going into the oven.
  • Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
