Mint Iced Coffee is the drink for summer. Made with homemade simple syrup, mint extract, fresh mint leaves, cold brew iced coffee, and heavy cream, this is one coffee recipe you'll come back to again and again.
Muddle the mint leaves in a large glass and add the mint extract. Fill it with ice. Pour in the cold brew iced coffee, heavy cream and Simple Syrup, and give it a little swirl. Enjoy!
Homemade Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, whisk together the sugar and water and bring to boil, stirring often. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
