Ingredients
  

Mint Iced Coffee (Cold Brew)

  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups cold brew or iced coffee
  • 2 tablespoon mint extract
  • 4 tbsp simple syrup, divided
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream

Homemade Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

Mint Iced Coffee (Cold Brew)

  • Muddle the mint leaves in a large glass and add the mint extract. Fill it with ice. Pour in the cold brew iced coffee, heavy cream and Simple Syrup, and give it a little swirl. Enjoy!

Homemade Simple Syrup

  • In a small saucepan, whisk together the sugar and water and bring to boil, stirring often. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
