Easy Baked Eggnog French Toast
Easy Baked Eggnog French Toast Preheat the oven to 350-degrees
Grease a casserole dish with coconut oil spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and eggnog until smooth and combined.
Combine the sea salt, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, nutmeg, and cardamom together and add to the eggnog french toast batter. Combine until smooth.
Dip each slice of brioche bread into the eggnog french toast batter until well coated.
Place each prepared slice into the greased casserole dish.
Bake the eggnog french toast at 350-degrees for 20-25 minutes. Longer if you prefer your french toast more crispy.
Spread with some butter, drizzle with maple syrup, and enjoy the eggnog french toast with homemade whipped cream.
Sprinkle with more nutmeg.
Homemade Whipped Cream In a stand mixer, combine the heavy cream, vanilla extract, coconut sugar or honey, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until whipped cream begins to form.
Use immediately if you can.
The whipped cream will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for two days.
