4cups Apple Cider
2cups unsweetenede cranberry juice
2cupsfresh squeezed Madarin Orange Juice
2cups fresh-squeezed Blood Orange Juice
2cupsCara-Cara oranges (juiced)
1tablespoonCara-Cara Orange Zest
1tablespoonBlood Orange Zest
¼cupHoney
2teaspoonCinnamon
2teaspoonNutmeg
4WholeCinnamon Sticks
6WholeCloves
¼CupStar Anise
2OrangesPeeled for garnish

Instructions
In a Dutch Oven or Stock pot, combine the wine, cider, cranberry juice, Madarin orange juice, Blood orange juice, honey, cinnamon sticks, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and star anise, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer for 15-20-minutes over low heat.
Pour into mugs and garnish with orange peel, orange zest, cinnamon sticks, and more nutmeg.
