Easy Turkey Sliders | Leftover Turkey Recipe

Easy Turkey Sliders are the sandwich to make the day after Thanksgiving using those turkey leftovers. These sliders feature fresh roasted turkey, arugula, pepperoncini’s, fresh cranberry sauce, and mayo on delicious Hawaiian rolls. You can make a big batch of these turkey sliders and have them on hand any time you need a quick snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12pk Roll of Hawaiin Rolls
  • 12 pieces Left over turkey
  • ½ c fresh cranberry sauce (this will be spread out over all of the rolls.)
  • Arugula, use as much or as little as you prefer for each slider
  • 1 tablespoon fresh pepperoncini’s per turkey slider
  • 1 teaspoon mayo for each slider
  • Sea-salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half 
  • Spread mayo on each slice 
  • Spread fresh cranberry sauce on 6 slices 
  • Top with turkey, pepperoncini’s, and arugula
  • Add sea salt and black pepper 
  • Place each slider with the top bun and enjoy!
  • Add sliced white cheddar for an even more powerful flavor pop.

Notes

Feel free to spice things up and add a slice of nice white cheddar cheese to each slider. You could also heat these sliders in the oven for even more of a rich taste.
