Ingredients

Pumpkin Pie Syrup

  • 1 c Maple syrup Use a high-quality grade
  • ½ c Molasses
  • 1 c Organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew

  • 48 oz Cold brew coffee
  • ¼ c Heavy cream or milk of choice
  • ¼ c Pumpkin pie syrup
  • Ice optional
  • Pumpkin spice for topping
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

Pumpkin Pie Syrup

  • Add maple syrup, molasses, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon to a saucepan over medium heat and stir until well combined.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 10-minutes. Continue stirring to help thicken the syrup.
  • Remove from heat and let the syrup stand for 5-minutes before serving.

Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew

  • Use frozen glasses or fill each glass with lots of ice
  • Add 1-part ice-cold brew to each glass.
  • Add part of the heavy cream to each glass.
  • Add more cold brew to each glass. (This helps create those yummy cold brew coffee layers.)
  • Drizzle the pumpkin pie syrup to each glass and lightly stir the top portion of the cold brew.
  • Top with pumpkin spice and nutmeg and enjoy!

Notes

Stash coffee glasses in the freezer to make them nice and ice cold before adding the cold brew to each glass. This will help keep the pumpkin pie cold brew coffee cold and you won’t need to worry about adding ice which waters down the cold brew coffee.
