Simple Homemade Pimento Cheese is a classic summer dip that is easy to make from scratch and will be a hit at all of your summer events! Made with mayo, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, pimentos, and yummy spices, this is one appetizer recipe you’ll be enjoying all summer long!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese block cut into squares
  • ½ c Cream cheese
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 4oz Pimentos and pimento olives pitted & drained
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayeene pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the sharp cheddar cheese squares, cream cheese, mayonnaise, drained pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, to the food processor and pulse on the low setting for 5-minutes.
  • Once the cheese turns into a spread, add the Himalayan sea salt and the black pepper and pulse on the low setting for another minute until the pimento cheese spread is smooth and creamy. 
  • If you like the pimento cheese spread to be less creamy, pulse for less time.
