Breaded Parmesan Chicken Tenders are an easy and delicious Parmesan recipe that is quick and easy to make. You can’t go wrong with a chicken and parmesan cheese recipe, in my opinion, they are two types of foods that pair really well together. Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Organic chicken tenders
  • 1 c Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 c Freshly grated parmesan
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 c Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with coconut oil spray. 
  • In a medium bowl mix together the bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip chicken tenders in the egg, then in bread crumb mixture to coat.
  • Place coated chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices run clear, turning over chicken 5-minutes before removing from oven.
  • Let the chicken tenders cool for 2-minutes, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
