Italian Iced Coffee Shakerato is a sweet and delicious Italian Iced Coffee drink made with espresso, condensed milk, and coconut syrup.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces espresso or 3 ounces very strong coffee
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut syrup or simple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Make the espresso
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Fill a glass with ice
  • Combine espresso, sweetened condensed milk, and simple syrup in a cup and pour into prepared cocktail shaker.  
  • Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold and mixture inside is very, very frothy, about 30 seconds.
  • Using a cocktail strainer or slotted spoon to hold back ice while allowing foam and to pass through, pour into an ice-filled glass.
