12 ounces fresh cranberries 1 tablespoon fresh peeled and grated ginger 1 cup orange juice 2 cups coconut sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice ¼ cup lemon juice 1 cup Mandarin orange slices 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Saute the cranberries and orange juice in a pan over medium heat on the stovetop. Add the fresh peeled and grated ginger Add the lemon juice, Mandarin orange slices, sugar, and cinnamon. Saute for 10-15 minutes until the cranberries start to pop open. Once the cranberries sauce is thick, remove from heat and top with lemon zest and more mandarin orange slices.
