💚 What You'll Need For Chocolate Mint Milk Milkshake

  • Spinach
  • Organic Peppermint Oil or mint extract, just make sure it's food-grade (I highly recommend this one)
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Avocado
  • Coconut Milk or Milk of choice - Whole milk, Heavy Cream, Oat Milk are all good substitutions. ) For a mint chocolate chip milkshake without ice cream, opt for coconut milk or oat-milk ice cream.
  • Vanilla Ice Cream or Coconut Ice Cream ( Coconut Ice Cream is a great dairy-free alternative and it makes the smoothie super creamy. )
  • Fresh Mint Sprigs
  • 1-2 scoops Collagen Peptides ( This brand is my favorite, any flavorless Collagen option works well )
  • A handful of ice
  • Dark chocolate or Sweet Chocolate Chips for topping
  • Fresh Mint Sprigs for garnish
  • A high-powered blender ( I use a Vita-mix and you can usually find one refurbished for a fair price on Amazon. )

I always try to do something special for each holiday and was at a loss as to what to do for St. Paddy's this year. Thankfully I had everything I need to make these shamrocks shakes so I did a test-run. They won! So glad I found them.

Hi Genevieve, please delete this message but I just wanted to point out that you've spelled German Shepherd wrongly. It's shepherd as in dog for sheep. Also, although I'm not an expert, as someone who has always had 2 dogs, I think you can run your dogs together as long as they get on and are obedient. But as you say, maybe to introduce them to that gradually!
