    • Baking Powder
    • Brown Sugar
    • Pumpkin Pie Spice
    • Himalayan Sea Salt
    • Large Eggs
    • Whole Milk
    • Heavy Cream
    • Canned Pumpkin Puree ( fresh pumpkin puree )
    • Unsalted Butter
    • Vanilla Extract
    • Maple Syrup
    • Whipped Cream
    • Nonstick spray ( I use Coconut Oil Cooking Spray )
    • Dash Mini Pumpkin Waffle Iron ( this little machine is so cool and cheap! It makes waffles on one side, and pancakes on the other! )

    🥞 Instructions For How To Make Pumpkin Pancakes With Canned Pumpkin

    Step 1: Preheat Mini Waffle Maker according to package directions and melt the butter in a saucepan on the stovetop.

    Step 5: Coat the preheated waffle iron with cooking spray on each side. Drop batter 3 tablespoons of batter into preheated mini waffle maker and cook until the waffle is cooked through and golden brown. This should take about 5-6 minutes per pancake. This batter makes about 15 mini pumpkin pancakes.
