Chocolate Peppermint Bark Yogurt Parfaits are the perfect holiday treat! Made with Greek yogurt, brownie bites, honey, fresh blueberries, and fresh cranberries. These are the perfect, healthy holiday dessert that the entire family will love!

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, peppermint oil, and honey. Stir until everything is combined.
Layer ⅓-cup cup yogurt into the bottom of each parfait glass.
Chop the brownie bites into sections and layer ⅓-cup onto each of the yogurt layers.
Do another layer of yogurt and then top the yogurt layer with blueberries and cranberries.
Repeat the above steps until your parfait glasses are filled.
Garnish each parfait with candy canes, rosemary sprigs/greenery, and more fresh fruit.
