Spring has sprung in California and with the highs being a cool 75-degrees each day, I decided it was time for some healthy mocktail recipes to hit the blog. Surely, you can opt to add alcohol to these, but since I don't drink, I'll enjoy mine alcohol-free. In these mocktails I've partnered up with Fizzique Sparkling Protein Water! Now, you guys know how much I adore, well actually am completely obsessed with sparkling water, so finding one that is packed with protein is an added bonus! Fizzique Sparkling Protein Water packs a huge punch and it's gluten-free, has zero carbs, along with no colors or dyes. It was a whopping 20 grams of whey protein per can (that's a ton!) and falls in line with the low glycemic index.

Overall it's a pretty good sparkling water choice. The only downfall is it does have Sucralose in it, and you guys know I'm always honest with you. If I could tell Fizzique to change anything, it would be to remove Sucralose. Plus, there are so many better sweetening options on the market! The plus side is my dad is obsessed with water and now constantly asks me if I have any to bring with us on our runs.

I've developed two mocktail recipes using Fizzique and I've also included notes on how to make a sparkling water lemonade so that three drinks perfect for this gorgeous springtime weather we've been blessed with.

Also, here's the best part! Want to grab some Fizzique for yourself? Use my code: GENEVIEVEFIZZIQUE for 10% off! Currently, this offer doesn't expire so grab my code, head to Amazon and order away!

    Let's get to drinking!
