I don’t know about you, but I like my ice coffee strong and cold. Like really cold. For this pumpkin pie cold brew, I stored my glasses in the freezer to freeze them up a bit. If you don’t do this trick, you don’t have to add ice which tends to water down the cold brew.

Step 5: Add 1-part ice-cold brew to each glass. Add part of the heavy cream to each glass. Add more cold brew to each glass. (This helps create those yummy cold brew coffee layers.)

The Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew is my favorite drink for all, but it's got way too much sugar in it. My version iced coffee recipe iced coffee pumpkin uses less sugar but still tastes just as delicious.
