    MINIMAL INGREDIENTS, ZESTY TASTE!

These chicken wings are so simple to make. I love buying meat from Costco and our local Costco offers great varieties of organic meats. I buy Coleman chicken wings as they are locally raised, free-range, open pasture-raised, and organic. Coleman makes an awesome organic chicken wing that’s loaded with meat and Costco sells them in 3-packs at a super affordable price. I stock up and stash them in the freezer.

EASY, TASTY, AND A PARTY STAPLE

These BBQ chicken wings are a sinch to make. First, preheat the oven to 350-degrees. The only spices you will need for these BBQ chicken wings are Himalayan sea-salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion salt. That’s it! You’ll also need a high-quality BBQ sauce. Rinse off the chicken wings and pat them dry. Prep a baking sheet with a parchment paper or a liner and then place a cookie rack on top of the baking sheet. (See photos.) This will ensure that the chicken cooks evenly1 and doesn’t stick to the baking sheet. Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and rub the spice rub all over them. Bake them in the oven for 30-minutes until the skin starts to get crispy. Remove the chicken wings from the oven and place them in a bowl and cover them with BBQ sauce. Combine the wings and BBQ sauce until they are fully coated. Place the chicken wings back on the baking sheet and bake at 425-degrees for an additional 10-minutes until the sauce starts to bubble. For crispier chicken wings, bake for 15-minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Enjoy these delicious BBQ chicken wings with homemade ranch.

We don't watch the SuperBowl either but we do make all kinds of appetizers that day, just to have some fun and eat lots of finger foods. I think I will add chicken wings to this year's appetizer menu, they look amazing

Sometimes we tune into the Superbowl for a little while just to catch some of the new ads, and I can see I need to try these wings just for the occasion. Thanks for the tip of looking for Coleman chicken at Costco!

We don't watch the super bowl but I love serving bbq wings at parties, especially in the summer. These Coleman wings look so delicious and meaty, in fact more like drumsticks!
