I’ve loved pumpkin pie every since I was a little girl. I remember going to my Grandmother’s house in excitement and anticipation for her delicious pumpkin pie. My Dad would have his with a side of strong, black, coffee, a tradition we still do together today. There are ton’s of recipes out there for pumpkin pie. But mine is clean with minimal ingredients and tastes so delicious you would never even know it’s considered healthy. You could make these treats any day of the year, but these are wonderful to bring to Thanksgiving dinner or your next Holiday party. They’re mini, so all of you really need is one and you are satisfied. My recipe is also easy to make and is not overly complicated.
