    Mint Iced Coffee (Cold-Brew)

Mint Iced Coffee is the drink for summer. Made with homemade simple syrup, mint extract, fresh mint leaves, cold brew iced coffee, and heavy cream. This is one coffee recipe you'll come back to again and again.

MINT ICED COFFEE IS THE DRINK FOR SUMMER

    Mint Iced Coffee (Cold-Brew)

I love iced coffee so when my friend sent me a video from Pinterest of a fresh mint iced coffee recipe floating around on the internet.

I knew I had to try it.

There is that one coffee shop called Philz Coffee that makes a mojito mint iced coffee, but to be honest, I'm a Starbucks fan for life.

I've never stepped into a Philiz Coffee chain before.

    Mint Iced Coffee (Cold-Brew)

I do want to visit one though as apparently we have one where I live. I need to check out their coffee selections soon.

Try this fun iced coffee recipe.

I love mint anything and I can't believe I didn't attempt this recipe soon. My IG reel of my Mint Iced Coffee recipe is live on Instagram and a huge hit! People started asking for this recipe right away so here it is.

    Mint Iced Coffee (Cold-Brew)

I like to use fresh mint leaves from my garden for this recipe. You can also purchase bunches of mint from the store. Chocolate mint (yes, it's a real thing) is also divine in this recipe.

This is a wonderful coffee recipe for the fall.

    EASY COFFEE RECIPES

For your coffee choices for this recipe, I suggest using cold brew coffee or iced coffee.

I got this hand-dandy thing from Amazon called the Hyper Chiller and it literally chills my hot brewed coffee in less than a minute. It's definitely worth investing in if you are a coffee aficionado like I am.

    this …

There's no difference between mojito iced coffee and this recipe. Unless you wanted to really spice things up and add some rum to yours. Mint coffee is also delicious served hot.

HOW TO MAKE MINT MOJITO COFFEE

Think of this coffee mint recipe like a Girl Scout's cookie think mint. You could add chocolate syrup and totally turn this into a chocolate coffee mint recipe. This recipe uses fresh mint syrup by combining simple syrup and mint extract. This makes mint coffee syrup.

You could easily turn this into an iced peppermint mocha recipe.

    Let's make mint simple syrup.

    Mint Iced Coffee (Cold-Brew)

This recipe is super easy to make. All you need to do is make the simple syrup first which is just water and sugar. Add one cup sugar to water and boil on the stove over medium heat for a few minutes until a syrup forms.

Next, muddle your fresh mint in a glass and add your simple syrup and a few drops of mint extract. Think of it as a mint mojito, but with coffee added.

Next, fill your glass with ice cube and pour cold coffee over the iced. Add a splash of heavy cream or milk of choice. Garnish with more mint leaves or frosted mint leaves.

    Mint Iced Coffee (Cold-Brew)

This mint mojito iced coffee is super refreshing and screams summers. This recipe is similar to Philz mint mojito recipe, but one you can make at home.

You could turn this recipe up a notch and make vanilla mint iced coffee. Simply add vanilla extract or vanilla syrup.

After trying this recipe, you'll be making mint coffee at home again and again. Coffee recipes are some of my favorite recipes to make here so if you have any I should try, do let me know.

Mint and coffee go so well together. Reminds me of mint chocolate which I love! I also used mint from my garden. So good!
