🎃 Pro Tip For Keeping Iced Coffee Cold
Pop your glasses into the freezer before adding in the ice. This helps keep your iced coffee colder longer!
I don’t know about you, but I like my ice coffee strong and cold. Like really cold. For this pumpkin pie cold brew, I stored my glasses in the freezer to freeze them up a bit. If you don’t do this trick, you don’t have to add ice which tends to water down the cold brew.
Step 5: Add 1-part ice-cold brew to each glass. Add part of the heavy cream to each glass. Add more cold brew to each glass. (This helps create those yummy cold brew coffee layers.)
Step 6: Drizzle the pumpkin pie syrup to each glass and lightly stir the top portion of the cold brew.
Top with pumpkin spice and enjoy!
