One of my favorite things to do every day is go running on the trails with my dogs. There is nothing more soothing or calming to me than my runs with my 4-legged kids. Roxy is 9-years-old now and has been my running partner for the last 5-years. Lincoln also runs with me, but since he’s still newish to our household, I’m still training him to be my full-time running partner.
