    How To Establish a Routine And Thrive With Anxiety

    Routine is vital for anyone struggling with anxiety. Having a regular, daily and weekly routine can make a night and day difference when it comes to anxious reactions and situations. The more routine we can establish in our daily lives, the more we will thrive when things get knocked off balance. In this blog post, I show you how pertinent having a daily routine is for managing overall wellness.

    Daily life can be filled with many stressors and situations that are out of our control. It’s nice to have a healthy routine in this crazy world, especially when things feel like they are spinning. I find that with anxiety, having a routine has helped bring me back to square one. If I feel off-balance or panic setting in, I know that I have a daily schedule that I can refer to throughout the day to go back to anytime things feel off.

    I do this by starting my day with my daily planner. After a clearing morning meditation, I drink my bulletproof coffee and write the three main goals that I want to achieve throughout the day. Then, after those are written, I outline the important things around them. I break them down by morning, afternoon, and evening. The am time is when I want to get my blogging work done, because it’s when my brain is the clearest. Something I’ve been incorporating into my daily life to help me with my routine is CBD hemp extract products.

    What is CBD Hemp Extract? CBD hemp extract is a non-psychoactive product of industrial cannabis that supports total body wellness. It does not contain detectable levels ofTHC, nor does it have any psychoactive effects. CBD hemp extract interacts with the endocannabinoid system to stimulate many functions in the body that help support sleep, digestive health, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing. CBD hemp extract is a wonderful option for helping with life’s daily stressors.

    I start my day with a simple, mindful morning meditation. I love sitting out on my deck every morning and practicing mindfulness for 5-15 minutes per day. I take a small amount of CBD hemp extract before my meditation and listen to soothing music. I find on the days that I don’t practice meditation, I’m all over the place. Meditation is a wonderful tool for establishing a morning routine and creating a sense of calm at the same time.     Another way I stick to my daily routine is by running. Running and exercise make everything better. I run in the evenings, especially in the summer to avoid the high temps and I always run with my dogs. Exercise is pertinent to a routing and can help relieve daily stressors and gives you endorphins which can help you feel better overall. I like to use CBD Living Freeze cream when I get home from my run to help provide comfort to my sore muscles. The CBD Living Freeze is awesome because it goes on cool and smooth and works instantly.

    I spray some CBD Oil Plus Peppermint Spray in my mouth before driving. I love the taste of it and appreciate the relief it provides me.

    Anxiety is tough, but having a routine can make it more bearable. Meditation, writing down a daily goal list, working out, and eating healthy meals are all ways that can help make anxiety more manageable. Having a tangible schedule that you stick to on a daily and weekly basis can make a huge difference.
