🍫How To Make Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Candy
Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2: Melt the chocolate in a double broiler, a candy melter, or in the microwave.
Step 3: Layer the graham crackers on a baking sheet (reserve some graham crackers for graham crackers crumbs)
Step 4: Pour the melted chocolate over the graham crackers
Step 5: Using a spatula, carefully and gently spread the melted chocolate on the graham crackers
Step 6: Spread the marshmallows all over the melted chocolate
Step 7: Add more graham cracker crumbs to the melted chocolate and marshmallow layer
Step 8: Using a culinary butane torch, roast te tops of the marshmallow until they are browned. You can also do this in the oven on the broil setting for 2-3 minutes, but do this step very quickly as the marshmallows can over melt if left in the oven for too long.
Pro Tip: Try to use a culinary butane torch if you can. This keeps the marshmallows from melting all over the place.
Step 9: Allow the S'mores Bark to set in the refrigerator for one hour. Break into pieces to serve and enjoy! You'll love this recipe for chocolate covered marshmallows!
