With minimal ingredients and the creamy Parmesan topping, this delicious chicken recipe will be a hit at the dinner table. All you need for my baked chicken parmesan is eggs, Panko breadcrumbs, sea salt, black pepper, fresh parsley, That’s it! This is the easiest chicken recipe.

Breaded Parmesan Chicken Tenders
- 1 lb Organic chicken tenders
- 1 c Panko bread crumbs
- 1 c Freshly grated parmesan
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 c Fresh parsley
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with coconut oil spray.
- In a medium bowl mix together the bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip chicken tenders in the egg, then in bread crumb mixture to coat.
- Place coated chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices run clear, turning over chicken 5-minutes before removing from oven.
- Let the chicken tenders cool for 2-minutes, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
