    Christmas lattes are perfect to drink throughout the holiday season but even better all winter long. This delicious drink is spicy Christmas coffee made with Speculoo's cookie butter from Trader Joe's, molasses, honey, whole milk, and spices like cardamom, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Topped with fresh whipped cream, Christmas sprinkles, and peppermint marshmallows, this is one festive coffee recipe that is sure to bring a smile to any coffee connoisseur's face!

    What you'll need for this Christmas Coffee Recipe the perfect Christmas coffee drink and the best festive treat!

    This is my favorite coffee drink to enjoy on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and the prep time is under ten minutes. The flavorful spices really give this homemade gingerbread latte a burst of flavor!

    • Espresso or Strong dark roast coffee
    • Whole Milk or milk of choice - Oat milk, coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, or heavy cream are all good options
    • Honey
    • Sweet Molasses
    • Vanilla Extract
    • Cookie butter
    • Pumpkin Spice
    • Cinnamon
    • Cardamom Powder
    • Nutmeg
    • Marshmallows
    • Christmas Sprinkles
    • Gingerbread house cookies mug huggers (optional)
    • Espresso Machine or Coffee Maker

    Step 1: Brew your espresso or strong coffee of choice (you can pull two shots of espresso if using an espresso machine, or 1-cup of brewed coffee)

    Step 2: In a saucepan on the stovetop or a milk frother, combine the cookie butter, molasses, honey, vanilla extract, cardamom powder, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon over medium heat until well combined, and a gingerbread syrup forms.
