- 1 or 2 tbsp Heavy cream or milk of choice
- 2 scoops Naked Nutrition Vanilla Collagen Creamer
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
- ½ tablespoon Beef tallow
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Molasses
Instructions
- In a blender, add the brewed coffee and heavy cream.
- Next, add the beef tallow, coconut oil, and honey to the blender.
- Add the Naked Nutrition Vanilla Collagen Creamer to the blender.
- Add the cinnamon and turmeric to the blender.
- Blend on high in the blender for two minutes.
