🎃 Top Tip For Iced Pumpkin Latte
Make a big batch of homemade pumpkin spice syrup so you can make fresh pumpkin spice lattes all week long! Stash the pumpkin spice syrup in a sealed glass container in the fridge and it will keep for up to two weeks.
You can also froth the milk cold using milk frother and it will turn the milk into cold foam. This latte tastes better than the coffeeshop version and since you have the recipe for the homemade syrup which is the perfect balance of sweet pumpkin made with simple ingredients, you can make this seasonal offering all year long!
A worthy investment is a good espresso machine, it's worth the money, trust me.
Would you rather have this iced pumpkin spice latte at home hot? Simply steam the milk. That's it!
🎃 FAQ For Pumpkin Spice Latte
The iced pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks is very sweet! Too sweet in my opinion. The pumpkin in it also has a weird chemical taste. My version is less sweet and made with real canned pumpkin.
Yes! This recipe contains two shots of espresso so it equals to about 64mg of caffeine. Don't do caffeine? Cool! Simply use decaf espresso instead.
Nostalgia and fall flavors! The PSL's arrival in the fall signals the start of the holiday season and can evoke happy memories of autumn.
