Why you'll love this recipe
Raspberry Cold Foam is all the rage at Starbucks right now, but it's only here for a hot minute. Make my three-ingredient version at home any time you want! It's fast, easy, refreshing, fruity, and delicious!
💖 Ingredients for Raspberry Cold Foam Starbucks Copycat

Raspberry Cold Foam Cold Brew Coffee Recipe
- Heavy Cream - You need heavy cream for to make any cold foam recipe as it's use as the base. If you are dairy-free you can use Coconut cream instead. Not coconut milk, but full fat coconut cream. The heavy cream makes the cold foam thick and gives it that foam like texture.
- Milk - Whole milk works best, if you are dairy free then sub coconut milk.
- Fresh Organic Raspberries - No chemical, sugary raspberry syrup is use here. Instead we are making fresh raspberry syrup.
- Maple syrup - this is what sweetens the cold brew coffee and the homemade raspberry syrup. Honey works well too!
- Cold brew coffee - Buy it premade to make this recipe super quick and fast or brew your own at home. Iced coffee and iced espresso work well too.
- Chunky Sea Salt - I love salt in my coffee, but it's optional.
- More Fresh Raspberries for the topping - who doesn't love fresh raspberries on top of their Raspberry Cream Cold Brew? Yum!
- Chocolate shavings: Completely optional, but are really good on top of the raspberry cold foam.
- Ice - Ice Ice baby! I also bought this really cool ice mold that makes mini iced coffee cubes! Talk about an iced coffee win!
Equipment for Raspberry Cold Foam
- Cold Foam Milk Steamer - I purchased one of these and never looked back! It seriously makes the best cold foam and steams the frothiest milk.
- Cold Brew Maker - If you don't love spending boatloads of money at Starbucks on cold brew, why not make your own at home? It's fast, easy, and convenient.
- High Powdered Blender - You can use a blender to easily make the fresh raspberry syrup. No heat involved or do it in a saucepan on the stovetop over low heat until the raspberries turn into a puree.
Tips!
- Make a big batch of my Easy Homemade Raspberry Syrup and use it for any recipe that calls for raspberries. 😋
- Make a big batch of cold-brew ahead of time to easily make this your new daily coffee drink.
- If you are dairy-free opt for coconut cream and coconut milk instead. It works in making a dairy-free cold foam option for iced coffee.

💖 How to Make DIY Raspberry Cream Cold Foam

Step 1
Fill a glass with ice and stash it in the freezer. Have your iced coffee cubes made the night before too so they are ready to go. Prep your Cold Brew coffee and keep in the fridge until ready to use.

Step 2
In a blender, add the fresh raspberries and maple syrup and blend on high until combined.

Step 3
Use a fruit strainer to strain out the fresh Raspberry Syrup into a cup or leave the raspberry seeds, you don't really notice them in the cold foam at all. Set the homemade raspberry syrup aside.

Step 4
In the cold foam machine, add the homemade raspberry syrup, maple syrup, and heavy cream and milk and froth until well combined. The raspberry cold foam will be nice and thick.

Perfect Creamy Raspberry Cream Cold Foam!

Step 5
Grab a glass, fill it with ice and the iced coffee cubes, add the prepared cold brew, and top with the raspberry cold foam. Garnish with chunky sea salt and more fresh raspberries. Drink immediately and enjoy!
How to Store Cold Foam
- There is a lot of debate on the internet about whether or not cold foam stores well and although it's like whipped cream, it really is best made fresh on the day you want to use it. Trust me on this one friends. 😅
