- Honey or sugar (I recommend using honey as this chocolate recipes is very sweet)
- Chocolate Shavings or chopped chocolate
- Fresh Orange Zest

How To Make Chocolate Drink How To make Orange Chocolate
Step 1: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream or whole milk, chocolate, and cocoa powder. Add the orange syrup or extract and honey and continue to whisk together. You can also make this chocolate recipe in the slow cooker or instant pot.
Step 2: Simmer on low heat on the stovetop and contiue to whisk for 5-minutes until the hot chocolate starts to thicken. Keep stirring to help thicken the hot chocolate. Do not let the milk curdle or boil.
Step 3: Stir and remove from heat.
Step 4: Top with homemade whipped cream, fresh orange zest, and chocolate shavings.
🍊 Note: If you want to make this a Valencia Mocha, simply add the coffee after the milk and combine. 🍊

- 1 cup Semisweet or milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar
- ¼ cup Guittard's Chocolate Cocoa Powder or Cacao Powder
- 3 tablespoon Orange Syrup or Orange Extract
- 4 tablespoon Honey (add more for additonal sweetness)
- Fresh Orange Zest
- Coffee or Espresso if making this a Valencia Mocha
